Kim founded EBS, Inc. in 1997 after a long career working on the employer side of employee benefits. She was responsible for the coordination of benefits for a large employer where she administered multiple benefit plans for their several thousand employees countrywide. Her fourteen years of service with EBS and twenty in the industry has allowed her to take the understanding of employer and employee needs to find creative ways to provide affordable health care for her clients.

As Account Executive Kim is responsible to provide benefit solutions across all lines of business to EBS clients.

Kim is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and holds a current PA Life, Accident and Health license.
