  • Produce Open Enrollment package including all medical, dental, vision, life, disability voluntary and any additional benefits information you wish to communicate to employees.
  • Hold on-site or Zoom Open Enrollment meetings to communicate benefits to employees.
  • Employees can enroll via paper or online through our benefit administration system.

Online Benefit Administration With Employee Navigator - Groups 20+

  • Set up and maintenance of all benefit offerings.
  • Online benefit enrollment for employees.
  • Optional Payroll Services - Electronic Feed and/or paper reporting capabilities.
  • Optional PTO Tracking
  • 1094/1095 Reporting

New Hire Benefit Communications Including:

  • Meet with each new hire either on site or via Zoom.
  • Communicate benefit package, explain new hire enrollment forms.
  • Online enrollment and/or process paperwork with each carrier.
  • Archival of paperwork for our/your records indefinitely.

Termination Processing Including:

  • Provide change form for terminated employee.
  • We process termination with all carriers.
  • Federal COBRA -We will submit information to COBRA Administrator to provide proper notification.
  • PA Mini COBRA – We will provide you with the appropriate COBRA letter to mail to your terminated employee.

Claims Assistance

  • We work direct with your employee to resolve any claims or carrier issues.
